Apricot Lime Protein Smoothie

4 apricots
1 lime
2 c spinach
1/2 c red quinoa
2 tbsp flax
5 dates
Pretty basic instructions here. Put that stuff in a blender like so:

And drink it!

(It's delicious, I promise!)

Iron 6.8mg
Vitamin C 46.2mg
